The benefit of a behavioural consultation at your home is that it allows to see the animal in its usual environment, ideally with all the human family members present. For dogs, a home visit usually involves a short walk. In the case of cats, please make sure they don't leave the house before the appointment!

The fees are as follows:

Home consultation: A home visit for dogs or cats takes approximately 1 hour and costs £60 (plus mileage charge depending on location). If more time than one hour is required, this will be charged incrementally at £15 per 15 minutes.

Phone Support: For a period of approximately 1 month following the initial visit, free follow-up advice by phone or email will be available.

Mileage: The first 5 miles of the distance between Hayle, West Cornwall, and your home are free of charge. The mileage to a home visit farther away than 5 miles will be charged at 90p per additional mile.

Report: if required, a report outlining the findings and the advice given can be produced, and will be sent to you within a few working days after the consultation. This will incur an additional fee of £30.
